FOUNDER - DR. AMALINA
Dr. Nur Amalina Binti Noralidin (veterinary surgeon). Degree in veterinary medicine (DVM) from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Dr Amalina has a vast experience working in various animal clinics (feline and canine), Klinik Haiwan Kota Bahru (Kelantan), Klinik Haiwan Dungun (Terengganu) & Marlia Veterinary Clinic (Simpang Renggam and Pekan Nenas Animal Clinic) in Johor while pursuing her postgraduate studies in Small Animal Medicine (M.Sc.) in UMK, Kelantan.
Dr. Amalina's love for cats has influenced her professional life greatly. She has dedicated herself to promoting feline health and well-being, advocating for better medical care and understanding of cats' unique needs. She often educates cat owners on proper nutrition, grooming, and preventive healthcare measures for their feline companions.
Additionally, Dr. Amalina is a strong advocate for spaying and neutering to help control the feline population and reduce the number of homeless and abandoned cats. She believes that every cat deserves a loving home and works tirelessly to raise awareness about adoption and responsible pet ownership.
DR. FARAH - RESIDENT VETERINARIAN
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She has interned and worked at several clinics (small animal practice) in Melaka. She has brought over her valuable working experience into Catlab Veterinary Clinic. Primary responsibilities include treating patients and helping with veterinary operations. With 3 years of experience in the professional setting, she has gained valuable experience and responsibility.
Dr. Farah, embodies a perfect blend of skill and compassion in her practice. Her surgical proficiency is renowned, earning her the trust of cat owners seeking the best care for their beloved cats. Her gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals make her not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a beloved figure in the community, ensuring that every furry patient receives the utmost care and attention.

Job Scope:
- Restraining of pets
- Grooming
- Cleaning of surgical equipment
- Maintaining cleaning supply inventory
- Assist in preparing food, medicate and provide necessary veterinary nursing care for in-patients
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect cages and common areas
- Appropriate record keeping; knowledge of computer system and filling prescriptions
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field (Non-Diploma holder can apply)
- Able to follow directions with and without supervision
- Able to recognize certain behaviors in animals
- Able to learn and understand medical terminology and minor procedures

Job Scope:
- Performing diagnostic imaging and ultrasound tests
- Performing various surgeries, dressing, wound-treating and prescribing medication
- Maintaining patients’ medical records
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/Sains Veterinary degree or Animal Health Certificate/Diploma recognized by the Malaysia Veterinary Council or equivalent
- Good communication and people skills
- Patience and a love for animals
- Doctors with 2-5 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
